2. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are based on the information available to us at the time the quotation is prepared.

A quotation may include materials, manufacturing, delivery, installation or other services as specifically stated.

An order is accepted when we have confirmed the order and, where applicable, received the required deposit or payment.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or description errors and will notify you if an error affects your order.

3. Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Products

Many of our products are manufactured specifically to the customer's measurements, design and requirements.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving measurements, drawings, designs, colors, finishes and specifications before manufacturing begins.

Once bespoke manufacturing has started, changes requested by the customer may result in additional costs and delays.

Where the customer provides measurements or other specifications, we will manufacture according to the information approved by the customer.

4. Deposits and Payments

Where a deposit is required, the amount and payment schedule will be stated in the quotation or invoice.

Production or work may not begin until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the agreed quotation, invoice or payment schedule.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend further work or delivery until outstanding amounts have been paid, subject to applicable law.

5. Changes to Orders

If you request changes after an order has been confirmed, we will advise you if the change affects the price, specification or completion date.

Additional work or materials requested by the customer may incur additional charges.

Where possible, we will obtain your approval before carrying out chargeable additional work.

6. Delivery

Delivery times provided by us are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.

Bespoke products may require additional manufacturing time.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Customers must provide suitable access for delivery and installation where required.

Additional costs may apply if delivery or installation is delayed because suitable access is unavailable or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Installation and Site Work

Where installation is included in your order, the scope of installation will be set out in the quotation or agreement.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property and work area.

Customers should inform us of any known restrictions, access issues, structural problems or other circumstances that may affect the work.

Additional work required because of unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges. Where reasonably possible, we will discuss such costs with the customer before carrying out additional work.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to cancellations, returns and refunds.

Bespoke and made-to-measure products may have different cancellation rights where permitted by UK law.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information on our website are accurate.

Because many of our products are handmade, bespoke or made to individual specifications, minor variations in appearance, color, finish or dimensions may occur.

Where a product is made according to an approved specification, the approved specification will form the basis of the order.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete their order.

This may include:

  • Correct measurements

  • Delivery address

  • Installation address

  • Access information

  • Design requirements

  • Color and finish selections

  • Any relevant site information

Customers must notify us of any information that could affect delivery, manufacturing or installation.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, supply shortages, transport problems, strikes, power failures, government restrictions, fire, flooding or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and minimize any delay.

15. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated or were not caused by our breach of contract or negligence.
