Refund policy

At Vertex Fronts Ltd, we manufacture, supply and install metal gates, security grilles, shopfront shutters, wooden gates, shopfronts and provide related building and installation services.

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Products

Many of our products are made specifically to the customer's measurements, design, colour, finish and requirements.

As these products are made specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to a change of mind where permitted by UK law.

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all measurements, designs, colours, finishes and specifications before production begins.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos or other information to assess the issue.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Deposits and Bespoke Orders

Deposits paid towards bespoke manufacturing, materials, installation or building work are subject to the terms agreed in your quotation or contract.

If production or work has already started, or materials have been purchased specifically for your order, cancellation may result in reasonable charges where permitted by law.

Installation and Building Work

For installation, shopfront, shutter, building or other on-site services, cancellation and refund arrangements may depend on the stage the work has reached and whether work has already commenced.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreed quotation or contract and applicable UK law.
